About the course

The Old Testament isn't a warm-up act for the New; it's the foundation everything else stands on. Yet most believers know its stories in fragments (Noah's ark, David and Goliath, Daniel in the lions' den) without ever seeing how it all connects. Survey of the Old Testament (BIB 101) walks you chronologically through the entire Hebrew canon, from Genesis 1 to Malachi's final word, tracing the single storyline that holds it together: God's covenant faithfulness and His unfolding plan to send a Redeemer-King. Every module, Law, History, Poetry, and Prophets, is taught with one question in mind: how does this point to Christ? Designed for students preparing for ministry, this course gives you the biblical foundation to teach, preach, and disciple with confidence, not just knowledge of what happened, but understanding of why it matters.
